Each is a different capability, and almost everyone is stronger in some than others. Few people know which.

The Problem Solver Pathway has two parts. Your profile maps how you solve problems across 17 competencies and seven phases, in about ten minutes. Your modules then set out the development actions that follow from your results. Each action names the tool in Problem Solver: The Problem Solving Toolkit to apply, at the proficiency level your results place you.
