How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, or the weekend, will be processed the following business day. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Edaith.
If an item is not in stock, can I be notified when it is available?
Yes, you can! Go to the product you wish to purchase and click the 'Notify me when available' button. An email address field will appear. Once you sign up, you will be notified when the item is in stock.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Edaith ships from Sydney, Australia.
International shipping is currently available to Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Edaith is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Can I change my order?
We start processing orders immediately after they are placed and so cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order.
If you have an urgent change contact our team immediately on orders@edaith.com and we’ll try and assist. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
