Trouble with logging in for the Practice Library? Try these fixes
Purchasers of Essential Skills Series publications receive complimentary access to the corresponding Practice Library.
Log in
To access the collection, sign in to the Edaith website. Enter the email address that was used to purchase the Essential Skills Series publication.
Sign in code
Once your email address is submitted, you will be emailed a code to enter on the sign-in page. Haven't received it? Check your junk email folder (and move it to your inbox).
Can't see the Practice Library?
Make sure you are logged in with the email address you used for your purchase.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days AEST from when the order is placed.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, or the weekend, will be processed the following business day. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Edaith.
If an item is not in stock, can I be notified when it is available?
Yes, you can! Go to the product you wish to purchase and click the 'Notify me when available' button. An email address field will appear. Once you sign up, you will be notified when the item is in stock.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Edaith ships from Sydney, Australia.
International shipping is currently available to Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Edaith is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Do you have a store?
Edaith does occasional pop-ups in Sydney. Sign up for the free monthly digest to be first to find out where and when or check the News or Instagram page. Pop-ups are announced 1-2 weeks before the event.
What currency is used at the Edaith shop?

Can I change my order?
We start processing orders soon after they are placed and so cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order.
If you have an urgent change contact Edaith immediately on orders@edaith.com and we’ll try and assist. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
