Make a return

  • Step 1

    Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Step 2

    Log into Edaith with the email you used for the purchase, navigate to 'orders' and 'request return.'

  • Step 3

    Receive your refund. Minus the AusPost return label cost for physical items.

Learn or Return Guarantee

Every Edaith resource is built to earn its place in your practice. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.

Digital products (Capability Profiles)

Complete your Capability Profile. If the report does not give you clear, actionable insight into your development, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions, no return postage required.

Physical products (Capability Guides)

If you are unsatisfied with your guide or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage. Only the return postage cost is deducted from your refund — no additional fees.

How to request a return

Log in to Edaith with the email address used at purchase, navigate to Orders, and select Request Return. Or contact us directly with your order number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when it is received and again when the refund is issued.
