Make a return

  • Step 1

    Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Step 2

    Log into Edaith with the email you used for the purchase, navigate to 'orders' and 'request return.'

  • Step 3

    Receive your refund. Minus the AusPost return label cost for physical items.

If not, then get in touch for a refund.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order placed at the Edaith.com shop.

Returns policy

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

Digital items

Please contact Edaith if you're not satisfied with your purchase. You will receive a full refund.

Physical Items

Items are packed and posted to you from Sydney, Australia.
If you are unsatisfied with your order or it arrives damaged please contact Edaith so we can make things right.
Customers are responsible for the return postage cost for change of mind returns. Only the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund (no additional service fees or the postage cost of delivering the item to you).
Returned items must be unused and in original condition, returned within 30 days of delivery.

Uncollected post

If ordered items are uncollected, you will receive a refund minus the postage cost.

Processing time for returns

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by Edaith. You will receive an email when your return is received and again when your return is processed.
