If you are unsatisfied you have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order placed at the Edaith.com shop.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition, returned within 14 days of delivery.

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Australia: Return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the number/weight of items e.g. returning 1 x item = AU$15 return label cost

International: Postage label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please consider shipping costs to Australia from your location before lodging a request for an international return.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by Edaith. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.
