The same approach, for individuals and for teams

  • For individuals

Map it, then build it. Your Capability Profile shows where you stand across every competency in a core skill, with one development action for each. Your Practice Pathway then builds your five priority capabilities, one at a time, with the tool to apply. Twelve months on my.edaith, included.

  • For teams

Baseline your team's capability with evidence-based profiles, develop it, and re-measure to show what moved. Every team member gets their own profile and Practice Pathway too.

Start with your own work

Before you develop a capability, it helps to see where your work is heading. The Task+Tech Fit Check is free. You list the tasks you do most, and it shows you, task by task, how each one runs now and where it could sit as technology takes on more of the routine. It is built on published research and it ends with a short PDF you keep.

The Fit Check looks at your tasks. The Capability Profile looks at you. Most people find the two answer different halves of the same question: what is my work becoming, and what do I need to be able to do.

The transversal skills that make professionals effective with AI are the ones most have never developed properly

As AI takes over more of the routine, the capabilities that define genuine professional contribution — structured problem solving, resilience, critical thinking — matter more than they ever have. Yet most people develop these skills informally, without feedback, without structure and without any clear picture of where they really stand.

Edaith's Capability Profiles help you better understand your core transversal skills competencies, and deliver one focused, personalised development action matched to your proficiency level. So you always know exactly where to start.

  • STEP 1: Complete the online form

Scenario-based questions identify your real-world capability across key competencies in each transversal skill. Approximately 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2: Receive your Capability Profile (PDF + Online)

Receive one focused, personalised development action per competency, calibrated to your results. Interactive page and PDF report in minutes.
  • STEP 3 (Optional): Go deeper with a Capability Guide

Your results don't end with the report. Every profile includes twelve months on my.edaith, where your Practice Pathway builds your five priority capabilities, one at a time. The Capability Guides give you 30 evidence-based tools to go deeper. Pair any profile with its guide and save AU$30.

Your results are where the work starts

Most tools that measure a skill stop at the number. You get a score, a label, perhaps a chart, and then you are on your own to work out what to do differently on Monday.

Every Capability Profile includes your Practice Pathway: twelve months on my.edaith where the five capabilities your results say to develop first are worked through one at a time. Each one explains what the capability is, why it matters, where you currently stand and the specific tool to apply, drawn from the matching guide. Your progress saves as you go, on any device, and finishing all five issues your certificate of completion.

Two people with the same overall score routinely get different pathways, because the competencies underneath the score are different. Re-map later and my.edaith shows you what moved.
