Adaptability starts here

Adaptability is enabled by transversal skills, and Edaith maps them for individuals and teams.

Uplift your team's transversal capabilities. Every team member completes the same research-grounded profile. You get one report showing where the team stands collectively, what to develop first and focused supporting materials for delivering training in your workplace.

For the team

The Team Capability Map

When a team completes capability profiles together, you receive a report: where the team is collectively strong, where it isn't, and the three capabilities to develop first, with guidance matched to the proficiency level most of the team sits at.

Each person completes the same research-grounded capability mapping, scored against Edaith's competency framework and receives an individual report.

The team report gives an overview of the team's total results: the headline picture, how the team distributes across proficiency levels, every competency ranked, the three strongest and three weakest, and the recommended starting points for targeted development. Every report is reviewed by Dr Tina Gallico and delivered with a readout conversation.

How it runs

Agree the team and the skill.

You tell us how many people and which capability. You receive an invoice as normal.

Everyone receives an access code and completes their profile.

One email to you with every code and a completion date. You distribute them however suits your team. The Capability Profile takes about 15 minutes and is done independently. Each person receives their own results and Practice Pathway link immediately.

Your report arrives. We work through it together.

Once the team has completed, the Team Capability Map report is created. Your report is reviewed before it reaches you, and delivered in a conversation that covers what the results show, what they mean for your team and where to start.

You receive focused training support materials.

For the 3 competencies that your team would benefit most from development, you receive png files and PDFs of the corresponding Essential Skills Series guide tool and a license to utilise them in your training for 12 months.

What each person receives

A team measurement that gives nothing back to the people being measured earns their resentment. Everyone who completes a profile gets individual insights to inform their individual professional development.

Their Capability Profile

Where they stand across every competency in the skill, with one focused development action for each at their own proficiency level. An interactive results page and a summary PDF, delivered in minutes.

Their Practice Pathway

Every Capability Profile includes twelve months on my.edaith, working through the five capabilities their own results say to develop first, one at a time, with the specific tool to apply for each. Progress saves across devices, and finishing all five issues a certificate.

Their guide, if you order Sets

Sets include the Essential Skills Series guide for that skill: 30 evidence-based tools and the research behind them, as a printed book each person keeps. It gives the team a shared reference and a common language, and it's the part people still have on their desk a year later.

Individual scores stay with the individual. Your report shows the collective picture and each person's orientation, never their score. People answer honestly when their answers aren't going to their manager. Reports are not generated for fewer than four people.

Show the movement

Most development can't demonstrate that it worked. The organisations spending the most are often the least able to show it, because the measurement was never built alongside the delivery.

Run the profiles again after a development period and you get a second Team Capability Map and the difference between the two. Each person also sees their own movement in my.edaith, which is the part that keeps individuals interested.

That comparison makes development more effective and the budget defensible.

Start with the work

The Task+Tech Fit Check maps where your team's work aligns with research on task automation. Share one link with your team and you get a team report: which tasks sit where today, and where they could sit as technology takes on more of the routine. It's free, and it only takes a few minutes.

The Fit Check looks at the work. The Team Capability Map looks at the people doing it.

How Edaith Compares

Already running your own development?

If you build and deliver learning and development in your organisation or team, Edaith transforms your session with an evidence-based baseline before, showing which competencies to target, visuals and activities you can utilise and, if you choose, re-mapping at thirty to sixty days to focus your next session on the competencies that will best support the team. You keep the delivery and gain the ability to target your efforts on exactly what will most benefit the people in the room, for an unforgettable, action-oriented learning experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does each person get their own report?

Yes. Every team member receives a PDF summary of individual results, online results page, plus twelve months access to my.edaith to complete guided development actions for the top 5 development priorities and download their full Capability Profile report if they wish. The link and summary PDF are delivered directly to their inbox within minutes of completing the Capability Profile.

Can we brand the Capability mapping?

No. Capability mapping maintains Edaith branding for research integrity.

Do you integrate with our LMS?

Not currently. Capability mapping is completed via any web browser.

What is the minimum order for volume pricing?

Volume pricing applies from 5 items and discounts are applied automatically at checkout. For orders of 20 or more, or for a Team Capability Map, contact Edaith

What is the difference between a volume order and a Team Capability Map?

A volume order gives each person a Capability Profile and their own results. A Team Capability Map adds the aggregate picture: one report covering where the team is collectively strong, where it is not and the three capabilities to develop first, reviewed by Dr Tina Gallico and delivered with a readout conversation. Volume orders are placed at the checkout. Team Capability Maps are quoted.

Do team members see each other's results?

No. Individual results are delivered to the individual and stay with them.

The Team Capability Map reports at the team level only. Your team report shows the collective picture and each person's orientation, never their score.

How long does each person need?

About 15 minutes, done independently whenever suits them. There is nothing to schedule and nothing to attend.

What happens after the profiles are done?

Every person keeps their results and has twelve months on my.edaith, where their Practice Pathway works through their five priority capabilities one at a time.

Can we run it again to see what changed?

Yes, and it is the point. A second round produces a second Team Capability Map and the difference between the two. Each person also sees their own movement in my.edaith.
