Decisive: The Decision Making & Judgement Toolkit presents academic research, classic works and best practice in a concise, action-oriented format. Its 30 tools are organised as a decision process: six phases from sensemaking through options, analysis, risk and group decisions to outcomes, each marking what the human should lead and where AI can assist.

The guide includes Edaith's lightning decision-making to support choices that are small, reversible or simply urgent.

Decision making

The Decision Making & Judgement Pathway maps your current practice across seven domains, the six phases plus the judgement that runs through them all. About ten minutes of honest reflection identifies your decision-making style and gives you focused development actions.

The Pathway includes twelve months access to my.edaith: a guided module for each of your five priority capabilities, with a certificate when you finish. You can also ask people who have seen you work for their view, and see it alongside your own.

Team mapping

For teams, a Team Capability Map collates results into one report to discover the team's overall capabilities, and includes an individual report and modules for every member. Individual scores stay with the individual, which lets people answer freely and keeps the team picture true.
