Twelve months on my.edaith
Capability Profiles include a guided Practice Pathway at my.edaith which takes the five capabilities your results say to develop first and works through them one at a time: what each capability is, why it matters, where you currently stand, and the specific tool from Resilient to apply. Your progress saves as you go, on any device. Finish all five and your certificate is issued and emailed to you.
Your results page is provided as soon as you finish, with a summary report sent to your inbox and a full PDF report at my.edaith to download and keep.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the Adaptive Resilience and Agility Capability Profile?
A: A professional capability mapping tool developed by Dr Tina Gallico that helps individuals evaluate capabilities supporting resilience across 16 competencies and seven domains. Completing the 15-minute form returns your results online and as a detailed PDF report with personalised, evidence-based development guidance within a couple minutes.
Q: Who is this for?
A: Professionals who want to perform better. Leaders who want to better understand their own resilience and their team's. People responsible for capability who need a tool grounded in the academic literature, specific enough to design targeted development and credible enough to present to senior stakeholders.
For teams, individual results combine into a picture of where current collective resilience breaks down, such as change navigation or social connectedness, and where initiatives to build a team's capacity to recover from setbacks would best be targeted.
Q: How long does the form take to complete?
A: Approximately 15 minutes.
Q: What aspects of resilience are mapped?
- Self-Awareness: Understanding your own resilience resources, values and stress responses, and recognising how your personal context shapes the way you respond to adversity.
- Emotional Regulation: Managing your emotional response to stress and difficulty: building the psychological capital to withstand pressure and recovering effectively from acute distress.
- Cognitive Flexibility: Reframing challenges, tolerating uncertainty and shifting your perspective to find workable paths forward when circumstances change or initial approaches fail.
- Future Orientation: Maintaining a meaningful sense of direction and purpose under adversity, using goal-directed thinking to sustain motivation and navigate uncertainty.
- Social Connectedness: Accessing and sustaining the relational support that enables resilience, and contributing reciprocally to the resilience of others.
- Adaptive Response: Reading situations accurately, operating within your sphere of control, navigating change with structure, and adjusting your approach effectively in real time.
- Recovery & Growth: Sustaining momentum after setbacks, extracting genuine learning from adversity, and emerging from difficult experiences with enhanced capability rather than simply returning to baseline.
Q: How quickly will I get my results?
A: Your results open as soon as you finish, and the PDF is emailed within 60 seconds of completion (check spam or junk if you can't see it).
Q: What does the report include?
A: When you finish, your results open as an interactive online profile, with a detailed PDF to download and keep. Both include a detailed capability summary across all competencies, a 7-domain profile, your resilience orientation from seven distinct patterns, personalised development guidance calibrated to your specific scores, your top 5 development priorities, and a visual radar chart.
For those with the companion book, your results also recommend specific tools from the Resilient Essential Skills Series Guide according to your scores.
Q: Can I redo the form?
A: Each access code is single use. To better understand progress after development work, purchase an additional profile. 3–6 months between profiles is recommended to allow development effort to embed.
Q: How is this different from a personality test?
A: Personality tests describe traits that are largely fixed. This profile focuses on learnable capabilities that you can systematically develop. The goal is to understand your current capability and identify precisely where to focus development effort for the greatest return.
Q: Do I need the Resilient book to use this tool?
A: No. The Capability Profile is complete and immediately actionable on its own. The companion book provides deeper frameworks for those who want structured development support.
Q: Is team purchasing available?
A: Yes. Profiles can be purchased individually for each team member. For 25 or more profiles, contact us for aggregated team reporting and tailored volume discounting.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Edaith only collects your name (optional), email address, and your responses to deliver your results. Anonymised results contribute to aggregate benchmarking which you can opt in to receive. Individual data is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Q: What is my.edaith?
A: Your account for everything you have completed: your results, your Practice Pathway and your certificate, on any device. There is no password. Enter your email address and we send you a one-time sign-in link.
Q: How long do I have access?
A: Twelve months from the date you complete your profile. The PDF report emailed to you when you finish is yours to keep permanently.
Q: I cannot see my results when I sign in.
A: Your results are tied to the email address you entered on the Capability Profile form, which is not always the address you ordered with. Sign in with the address you entered on the form.
