Resilient Team Kit

A ready-to-run resilience workshop for your team, with a book for everyone and a map of where to start.

Every kit includes

• A printed copy of Resilient: The Adaptive Resilience & Agility Toolkit for each person
• A Pathway for each person: their profile and twelve months of modules on my.edaith
• The Team Capability Map: where the team is strong, where it is thin and the three competencies to develop first
• The Workshop Kit, with a licence to use it in your training

Ready to run, designed for a team leader, L&D lead or trainer to facilitate themselves, with no certification required. Individual results stay with the individual: the map shows the team as a whole, never anyone's scores.

After you order, the books are posted to you and you receive every access code in one email to hand out.
